I started in Construction Recruitment in 1988 as a trainee. I became a Director in 1994 and worked with that company until 2018. I established Labour and Trades in 2019 with a focus on supplying Blue and White Collar professionals to both temporary and permanent vacancies.

I have worked in the Construction Recruitment industry since 1997 where I began as a Trainee. Within 3 years I had gained promotion to a Senior Recruitment Consultant operating in the Thames Valley area. I enjoy the diversity of working within the Construction Recruitment Industry and during my time I have supplied operatives to major Government projects, listed building refurbishments, highways projects, regeneration projects and new build housing developments. I believe the success of my career can be attributed to my attention to detail with both my clients and candidates. I am always keen to 'go the extra mile' and provide an exceptional service which in turn has provided me with many repeat contractors and operatives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my spare time with my family and friends.
