I started in this industry in 1988 as a trainee/office junior and very quickly started to understand the business, clients and candidates' frustrations within the industry. This was an invaluable learning curve as in those days' wages were paid in person at site, so frustrations were very real. My core values have always been honesty, communication, being present on sites weekly and having a 'can do attitude' for both candidates and clients.
We have a contractors understanding of CDM, can read drawing and fully understand a scope of works.
