All operatives fully vetted with 2 previous employers before any work placement.

All operatives right to work fully checked, all documentation held on file.

All operatives supplied with valid CSCS or CPCS cards and full PPE.

Weekly operative performance review with Site Manager to ensure productivity.

No 3rd party payroll, we process our own weekly payroll. Simple invoicing process, we use Xero for all invoicing.

Competitive and realistic day work rates. Open book policy on operatives pay rates.
